Returns & Refund Policy

At OraPhoton, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • unused, or only minimally handled to inspect it
  • in its original packaging where possible
  • complete with all included parts and accessories
  • in resellable condition

We reserve the right to reduce or decline a refund if an item is returned used beyond inspection, damaged, incomplete, or in a condition that lowers its value.

2. Restocking Fee

A $25 restocking fee applies to returns. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

The restocking fee is disclosed her. No restocking fee is charged if the item is faulty, defective, damaged in transit, incorrect, or not as described — in those cases you receive a full refund or a free replacement (see Section 5).

3. How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email info@oraphoton.com with:

  • your full name
  • order number
  • the email address used for the order
  • the reason for the return

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit unless we arranged the return.

5. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, incorrect, or missing parts, contact us as soon as possible at info@oraphoton.com so we can resolve the issue.

If an item is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund, with no restocking fee and no return shipping cost to you.

6. Hygiene & Personal-Care Items

Because the OraPhoton wand is a personal-care device used on or near the lips and skin, returns of opened or used units are accepted only under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (see Section 7). For hygiene reasons, used units cannot be resold and will not be restocked. This does not affect your right to a replacement or refund if the item is faulty or defective.

7. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind OraPhoton with a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return. Refunds under this guarantee are subject to the terms above, including the restocking fee for change-of-mind returns.

8. Non-Returnable Situations

We may decline returns for:

  • items returned after the 30-day return period
  • items damaged through misuse
  • items missing key components or accessories
  • items returned in an unsanitary condition (except under the guarantee terms in Section 6)

9. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable restocking fee. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the item was faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described.

10. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet:

  • check your bank account again
  • contact your card provider or payment provider
  • allow additional time, as processing times can vary

11. Cancellations Before Shipment

If you need to cancel an order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oraphoton.com. If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund with no restocking fee.

If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return procedure above.
