Shipping Locations

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to other countries.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United States. There are no required shipping charges at checkout.

At checkout, you may optionally add insured shipping for added protection in transit. This is an optional paid upgrade — standard shipping remains free.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days.

Delivery Time

After processing, estimated delivery time is 6 to 10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may occasionally vary due to:

  • high order volumes
  • carrier delays
  • customs or international transit
  • weather conditions
  • public holidays
  • circumstances outside our control

Because orders may ship from outside the United States, transit and customs processing can affect delivery times. Any applicable import duties or customs fees are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Details

OraPhoton is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order is delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@oraphoton.com. We will work with the shipping provider to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Orders shipped with the optional insured shipping upgrade are covered against loss or damage in transit in accordance with the carrier's terms.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@oraphoton.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, where possible.

We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.
